About the Role
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the post-signing lifecycle of Canary’s strategic partnerships. This role is critical for managing existing partners, driving co-marketing initiatives, and owning the day-to-day operations that ensure our partnerships deliver maximum value. You will act as the foundational layer to create efficient go-to-market motions and maximize partner-attributed growth through co-marketing, operations, and enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Account Management: Support the Partner Manager POC for post-contract, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring long-term alignment with Canary’s business goals.
  • Co-Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners, including webinars, email nurture sequences, and co-branded collateral to drive lead generation.
  • Partner Enablement & Operations: Manage the full onboarding process for new partners and provide ongoing training on Canary’s product suite to ensure they can effectively position our solutions.
  • Partner Profiles + Mapping: Build out Partner Profiles for all of our Partners along with an up to date mapping of their relevant staff.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the pre- and post-event communications for partner-hosted industry events and trade shows to maximize lead capture and conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales (AEs/SDRs) and Customer Success to optimize sales motions for partner accounts and develop playbooks for expansion opportunities. Educate Canary’s Growth team on each partner’s joint value proposition.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnership marketing activities, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI to leadership.
  • Asset Creation: Work with the content team to develop localized and partner-specific marketing materials, such as case studies, testimonials, and localized email content.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically in partner marketing, customer marketing, or demand generation, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Hospitality Expertise: Previous experience in hospitality technology or working directly with hospitality brands is a strong bonus.
  • Marketing Tools: Proficiency in leveraging marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), CRM platforms (Salesforce), PRM platforms, and other growth/partnerships tools.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and with external partners and colleagues.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to measure performance, derive insights from data, and iterate based on results.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple joint-marketing initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
We also work hard to ensure Canary is a fun and exciting place to work! Here are some of the additional benefits:
Canary Days: As a company we want to ensure that the team has time to recharge. Each month we provide company wide days off to ensure there is at least one extended weekend or day off.
Self Improvement Club: We meet each month and share our personal goals for the month. Each individual is provided a budget towards any purchases that help us achieve these goals.
Professional Development Chats: We provide budget to help drive cross functional professional development conversations across the organization.
Travel Reimbursement: Team members are able to visit our offices across New York, San Francisco or Dallas when they choose, and are provided a travel stipend for doing so. Spend time working with the team in their office, and use the rest of your time exploring a new city!
Personal Travel Reimbursement: If you stay at a hotel that Canary works with, we provide a credit towards your stay.
