We are looking for an outstanding Office Manager to join our team!
As the mastermind behind our daily operations, you'll ensure everything runs like clockwork. The position requires being in the office Sunday through Thursday, working hours 9:00 - 18:00
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing administrative support to all staff and management.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, handling orders, supplies, vendor relationships, parking, and other administrative requests.
- Facilities management- ensuring the two floors run smoothly and optimally.
- Manage all travel arrangements and support offsite arrangements, such as booking flights and accommodations and coordinating logistics for offsite meetings.
- Manage all employee's expense reports, both in Israel and Germany.
- Support new hires' logistics in their onboarding and first day at the office.
- Help with different delivery operations.
- Work closely with the finance team on supporting Travel arrangements and other relevant topics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed smoothly and efficiently.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail in all aspects of work, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment, actively listening to employees and incorporating their feedback.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve employee experience, implementing initiatives promoting employee well-being and productivity.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office management and travel arrangements in a tech environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong project management skills.
- A people person with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High motivation, demonstrated by a proactive approach and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
