We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.

We seek a talented, passionate, and experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our one-of-a-kind HR team to support our global recruitment effort. As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Coralogix, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the organization's growth and success.

What your role will look like:

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with senior management and hiring managers, both in our TLV site and other Coralogix sites in the world.
  • Develop and execute innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates from diverse channels.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, apply standardized assessments, and utilize behavioral interviewing methods to thoroughly evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with the company culture.
  • Work with data to analyze metrics and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process.
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to make the recruitment process faster and smoother.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a global tech company.
  • Proven experience running full life-cycle recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Solution Engineer, Product Manager, and more. Including in-depth interviews
  • Strong understanding of current technological concepts, trends, and terminology in the tech space.
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and challenges.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and a flair for creative candidate attraction strategies.
  • Data-oriented mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret recruitment data.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-learner, results-oriented, and attentive to details.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken - a must!
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
