Description

Coralogix is on a mission to revolutionize observability. Our modern platform helps businesses monitor and understand their data- logs, metrics, traces, and security events-at scale while reducing costs by up to 70%.

We are seeking a Jira-oriented Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity- documenting processes, facilitating collaboration, and creating clear visibility through dashboards and reports.

As a Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs, orchestrate multi-team execution, and continuously introduce creative tracking and monitoring methods to ensure transparency, efficiency, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination & Delivery: Plan, track, and drive cross-functional initiatives across R&D, CS, and Product - from scoping through execution and retrospective - ensuring programs land on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes, without direct authority over the teams delivering them.
  • Strategic Context & Impact Awareness: Understand company priorities and translate them into program-level implications - identifying high-impact initiatives, where risks concentrate, and how team-level decisions ripple upward. Bring that context into every sync, update, and escalation.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Act as the connective tissue between Product, R&D, CS, and business stakeholders. Surface blockers early, translate between technical and business contexts, and keep stakeholders moving through clear, data-backed updates.
  • Data-Driven Visibility: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give teams and leadership real-time clarity on delivery health — throughput, SLA adherence, scope changes, and priority trends. Turn Jira and operational data into decisions.
  • Process Design & Scalability: Define and document operational processes that scale across a fast-growing R&D org. Identify friction in how teams plan, execute, and report - and drive improvements with clear ownership and adoption paths.
  • Workflow Automation & Tooling: Contribute to Jira automation rules, JSM workflows, and AI-powered tooling for intake, triage, and operational queries. Spot repetitive manual work and help eliminate it.
  • Facilitation & Dependency Management: Lead sprint reviews, retrospectives, planning sessions, and cross-functional syncs. Map dependencies, flag risks before they become blockers, and own the coordination even when you don't own the outcome.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Maintain a continuous view of program risk across Jira, Slack, and cross-team input. Develop mitigation plans, escalate when needed, and track to closure.
  • Performance Reporting: Contribute to cross-team performance reporting — surfacing completion rates, carryover trends, scope churn, and priority throughput in formats leadership can act on.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Operations in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Hands-on Jira experience - dashboards, JQL, automation rules, board management, and using Jira to track cross-team dependencies and program-level KPIs. JSM familiarity is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to read a strategic roadmap, understand business priorities, and translate them into program-level actions and risk signals.
  • Demonstrated understanding of how to use AI and automation tools to enhance workflows and reduce manual overhead.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, driving alignment and unblocking dependencies without direct authority.
  • Strong facilitation skills - able to lead meetings, manage competing priorities, and keep discussions moving toward decisions.
  • Ability to document and improve multi-team processes - translating complex workflows into clear, repeatable frameworks.
  • Strong analytical background - able to identify trends in operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to distill complex program status into crisp, decision-ready updates for leadership and stakeholders.
