You will join the significant R&D teams in Cambridge that create and improve the products behind the company’s rapid growth. Our Cyber Product Engineers work across a wide variety of projects and with a diverse toolset.
This role is suitable for experienced and those early on in their careers.
This is a hybrid role, with a compulsory attendance of 2 days a week in the Cambridge office.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new issues and diagnosing reported issues within the Darktrace platform.
- Liaising between the development team and our support team.
- Developing, monitoring, configuring and automating systems and services.
- Using data analytics to indentify trends.
- Being able to work independently and within an small team.
Candidate Requirements:
- A proven ability to work with data and analytical tools.
- A desire to learn with a problem solving mindset.
- An interest in cybersecurity, tech businesses and technology.
- Ability to work within a small team, formed for particular tasks with some experienced members.
- Familiarity with the Linux command line and scripting skills (e.g. Python/Bash) would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP) would be desirable.
- Experience in a DevOps or QA role would be beneficial but not required.
