In this role you’ll be leading the management, development, system integration and enhancements of Workday HCM, Absence and other HR related modules. Working closely with HR, payroll and technical business teams to ensure the product is fit for purpose, integrates well, meets all business needs and produces clean data for reporting requirements.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectations of 2 days a week in the London office.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the PMO to ensure WD related projects and integrations are aligned and delivered.
  • Build relationships with business functional leaders, capture WD HCM system requirements and translate them into WD processes and solutions
  • Work with HR to optimise HR processes within Workday and maximise ROI
  • Be the Workday HCM Champion – foster engagement and ensure training and support meets business expectations
  • Support the PMO in broader business projects particularly those related to WD HCM and other modules
  • As WD HCM Product owner ensure WD data is validated, controlled and backed up in line with business needs.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience of implementing at least one module of the Workday HR/HCM cloud platform
  • Background working as a functional consultant, advising and implementing business process changes within HR.
  • Certification in Workday Core HCM module would be hirely desirable
  • Been responsible for the end to end delivery of workstreamsStrong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and execute tasks independently.
