As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Darktrace to help build, maintain, and scale our Salesforce environment. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, understand requirements and user feedback, and follow/implement best practice solutions. Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including working with our support, training, and development teams. This person should have a customer centric approach to interacting with our Darktrace employees.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a Salesforce.

This is a hybrid role, and the expectation would be to work a minimum of 2 days a week in the London office.

As the Salesforce Administrator you should be proficient in managing all aspects of user and licence management, salesforce configuration changes and proactive system maintenance. From new yester set up to Salesforce configuration changes like Flow and approval processes. Responsibilities may also include but not limited to:

  • Identifying and gathering requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactively checking system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.

Qualifications and Background:

The suitable candidate will have strong Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, with expertise in Salescloud, change management, and governance. We are also looking for candidates that can show or demonstrate:

  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges,
  • Translating requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring successful integration,
  • Experience Implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports,
