Senior Associate - Campaign Management
Job Summary & Job Description
The roles and responsibilities of the Associate include the following:
• Able to take ownerships of the tasks provided and work independently with minimal support
• Able to review and guide subordinates in the work
• Interact with project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project objectives
• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
• Provide timely status report to Lead and/or Manager
Desired Profile (Education, Experience, Key Skills)
• Any Graduates
• Detailed understating of SEM concepts & up to date on the latest trends
• 5+ years’ experience with interest
• Good communication both written and verbal (*must)
• Flexible to work and motivated
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with tools like Google Ads, Bing Ads, GA4
• Should be able to work on reporting tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Data studio would be an additional benefit.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:
• Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, campaign launch and Competitors analysis
• Keep pace with SEM trends, internet marketing industry trends and developments
• Monitor and administer Campaigns, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance
• Able to provide quality work and check quality of own and documents of others
Must have: Ø Provide end-to-end management throughout the search program, including strategy, execution, and optimization, while meeting timelines, budget, and quality standards. Ø Should have hands on experience on Platforms like Google, Microsoft Ads, Bing, Yahoo, MSN. Ø Excellent presentation skill and should be able to handle client calls, proving them insights on the channel/campaign performance. Ø Develop search capability and train the team on client management
Nice to have : Ø Define and co-develop paid search measurement framework and KPIs. Ø Perform keyword research and traffic forecasting using search engines and third-party tools. Ø Use SEM best practices for campaign structure leveraging advanced bidding strategies, layers of negative keywords, dayparting, location targeting, potential affinity & in-market audiences, extensions etc.
