Job Description :
Role Overview: Proposal Storyteller
As a Proposal Storyteller, you will be an integral part of our team, shaping the narrative that resonates with our clients. Your creative expertise will drive impactful responses to large proposals and strategic requests. Here’s how you’ll contribute:
1. Strategic Storytelling: You’ll identify key elements within proposals and presentations, weaving them into a compelling storyline. Your ability to craft narratives that captivate and convince will set us apart.
2. Executive Engagement: Presenting and selling the proposal storyline to senior leadership requires conviction. Your communication skills will be crucial in gaining their buy-in.
3. Guiding Solution Architects: Collaborate closely with solution architects, ensuring that their proposals align seamlessly with the overarching storyline and its underlying themes.
4. Design Innovation: Guide our design team in developing themes that visually represent and effectively communicate the story. Bring in new and innovative means of communicating with the customers (look beyond power point).
5. Client Impact: Identify communication and design themes for important client visits. Your work will evoke an emotional response from our target audience.
6. Capability Enhancement: Transform Indegene’s capability presentations into engaging experiences. Leverage your storytelling expertise to make them memorable.
7. Design Trends: Stay ahead by incorporating the latest design trends. Use competitor intelligence to guide our graphics team in finding innovative ways of communicating with the customers.
8. Technology Leverage: Guide the design team to identify and unlock new technology capabilities to develop smarter design skills.
9. Domain Alignment: Develop an understanding of life sciences to create domain-specific design themes that effectively communicate key points of view.
10. Brand Consistency: Ensure alignment with our company’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
Qualifications:
• Education: A relevant degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred from a premier institute.
• Experience: Proven expertise in crafting compelling proposal narratives, ideating designs, and collaborating within solutioning, pre-sales teams, B2B organizations, or agencies serving B2B clients.
• Creativity: Your flair for creative thinking will be essential in translating ideas into compelling visuals.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with life sciences terminology and trends will enhance your impact.
• The person needs to have T1 agency background client servicing BG, and strong knowledge of our various engagement modules.
• Strong marketing and creative copy background is must or we may not be successful
• As chief storyteller they should have abilities to collaborate and have dialogs across corporate hierarch
