Presentation Designer

You are responsible for:
We are looking for a talented Presentation Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and a basic understanding of graphic design principles and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex information into visually engaging presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
Presentation Design: Create visually appealing and effective PowerPoint presentations that align with brand guidelines and meet client requirements.
Visual Storytelling for Pharma marketing and Promotional content: Develop engaging and cohesive visual narratives to support various content
Graphic Design: Utilize basic graphic design skills to create custom graphics to enhance presentations.
Template Development: Design and maintain PowerPoint templates as per our Branding guidelines and master slides for consistent use across various projects.
Collaboration: Work closely with our pharmaceutical clients and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver presentations that meet their needs.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all presentations are error-free, visually consistent, and meet the highest quality standards.
Software Proficiency: Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Figma to create and edit graphics as needed for presentations.

About you:
Education: a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: a minimum of 3+ years of experience in presentation design or a related role.
Technical Skills:
proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
familiarity with Figma or other design tools.
Design Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all design work.
Creativity: the ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
