Scope Enablement Lead:

You will be responsible for:

We are looking for a Scope Enablement Manager for our Commercial Strategy practice in the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in establishing SOPs, 3rd party contracts/vendor relations, and enablement processes working closely with procurement within the pharmaceutical industry. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping clients successfully plan and execute their transformation initiatives from planning, execution and embedding capabilities as a partner to our clients.

The Role

As a Scope Enablement Manager, you will interact closely with a key healthcare client, understanding the organizational business needs developing solutions, process innovation and continuous enhancements to drive 3rd party engagement and partnership. You must be a strong participant in cross functional teams and with highly matrixed clients.

Specifically, you will:

  • Manage day to day financial and assigned project operations
  • Keep a track of all project financials, SOWs for assigned projects & brands
  • Conduct monthly financial status meetings in collaboration with agency, brand, Delivery Enablement Managers and MODE SPOC
  • Input relevant scope and financial updates in relevant project management platform and financial platform
  • Create financial status reports mapped to scope across and communicate the brand teams
  • Identify project risk in terms of financial overruns and communicate with agencies and brands to resolve the overruns

Your impact:
About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required with a record of academic success
  • 3+ years of experience in project and financial management fields
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, critical thinking, presentation, and communication (written and oral) skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Good Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • First-class analytical and consulting skills

Location: This position will be located at the East Hanover site and will be a hybrid onsite role. The expectation is 3 days onsite per week.
