Job Description – Digital Production Associate

The Production Associate is a member of the client Global Commercial Operations (GCO)’s Global Omnichannel Delivery team and reports to the Indegene Creative Operations Director. The Production Associate will support the client Content Delivery Manager (CDM) in the provision of production services and delivery of GCO content projects predominantly focused upon email assembly and management using a selected tool.

You must have the ability to partner effectively with brand teams and understand business and customer experience goals, working closely with preferred suppliers and internal cross-functional areas to ensure successful and timely delivery of those projects.

This role is ideally suited to a driven individual who is looking for their first step on the ladder in a digitally focused Creative or Marketing role and has the potential to grow with the business.

Job Description:
• Initial focus is to assemble emails using Knak - https://knak.com/ as a primary tool, this will be alongside proprietary tools for which training will be provided
• Content management for Canada Digital platforms ensuring alignment and coherence across brands
• Working with local brand and cross-functional teams in the end-to-end process of creation of emails and potentially occasional newsletters for HCPs, including simple design and email layout, internal approval and omnichannel tagging
• Collaborative engagement with the Global Omnichannel Delivery team, Marketing Company Stakeholders, relevant Market Innovation and Business Excellence teams and potentially Preferred Partner Suppliers on occasion
• May participate in meetings to help identify potential projects for the brand
• Simple video editing and rapid refresh of existing materials: resize, updates, etc
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and application of all relevant policies, procedures and operational frameworks.

Key profile requirements:
• Educational Background – Graduate/Post-Graduate with preferably a Bachelor’s degree in a related design or marketing discipline, alternatively in the areas of computer science or information systems
• Has good interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
• Native oral and written fluency in English with additional French language skills preferable
• Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Proactive attitude, ability to learn, drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Ability to Communicate effectively, has natural project management and critical thinking skills along with cultural awareness to deliver successful global production supported by a multi-cultural team.

• Digital Marketing Experience
• Project management understanding and practice
• Design skills
• HTML, CSS, JS knowledge.
This is a Hybrid Remote/WFH and Office role with potential visits to our clients Office, in Mississauga, Ontario. Therefore the successful candidate is likely to live within a commutable distance.
