Sr. Associate – Business Solutions & Presales

You will be responsible for:

  • Support business solutions design and proposal development activities for Indegene services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in a cross-functional manner and able to orchestrate design of customized solutions for clients
  • Evaluate client requirements in collaboration with the Business Solutions Team, aligning them with Indegene's service offerings. Provide presales support and contribute to the development of customized business solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end bid management, author proposal responses, and actively participate in proposal defence discussions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to identify opportunities for business solutions. Propose value-add solutions and explore avenues for business expansion
  • Lead ideation sessions within the Business Solutions Team to identify innovative win themes and value propositions during proposal development.
  • Articulate Indegene value proposition and demonstrate strong understanding of Indegene Services
  • Support client visits and drive GTM initiatives for new service launches
  • Conduct discovery sessions with customers to shape opportunities and contribute to the overall pipeline development.
  • Create compelling collaterals, such as case studies and business cases, enhancing the positioning of our services.

Must have:

  • MBA graduate with overall 3-5 years experience
  • Attention to detail ability to articulate (both written and verbal)
  • Specific Experience: Exposure to business development in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
  • 2-4 Years In Deal Management: Proven experience in managing complex deals, pricing/deal finance models and solution development.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Exposure towards digital marketing and understanding of foundational concepts around sales and marketing in pharma
