Senior Associate - Business Solutions

You will be responsible for:
Contracting Orchestration
Serve as the primary point of contact for Statement of Work (SOW) and Change Orders (CO).
Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders regarding contractual matters.
Authoring and Validating:
- Draft and validate language for SOW and CO documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure contractual documents are legally sound and meet regulatory requirements.
Collaboration with Business, Legal and Finance Stakeholders
- Engage with business and delivery teams to gather necessary inputs for SOWs, ensuring completeness and alignment with organizational guidelines and policies.
- Work in close coordination with legal and finance teams to obtain necessary approvals for SOWs and COs.- Ensure adherence to legal and financial guidelines during the contracting process.
Understanding of Services and Pricing:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the services offered by the organization (Indegene), pricing structures, and engagement models.
Utilize knowledge to accurately represent services and pricing details in SOW documents.SOW Tracking:
Tracking of SOWs and Generation of Business Insights:
-Implement a systematic tracking system for SOWs, monitoring progress from draft to signed agreements.
-Analyze contracting data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement. Provide business insights based on contract performance, helping to enhance decision-making processes.


About you:
Must have:
- Bachelors’ degree in Commerce/Business Management/ Business law
- Experienced with MS-office
- 3-4 years of overall experience in corporate sector with 2 years in contracting or related field. Strong understanding of legal and financial principles related to contracting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with pharma or related industries is a plus.

Good to have: Contract Drafting, Communication Skills

Nice to have:SOW and Change Order drafting, internal stakeholder communication, MS office proficient
