Job Description : Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated MongoDB and Node.js Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MongoDB database management and knowledge of Node.js development, coupled with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. As a support specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our MongoDB and Node.js-based applications.

Responsibilities:
➢Provide expert-level support for MongoDB database systems and Node.js applications.
➢Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MongoDB and Node.js implementations.
➢Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
➢Collaborate with development teams to optimize database queries and application performance.
➢Develop and maintain technical documentation related to MongoDB and Node.js configurations and best practices.
➢Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in MongoDB and Node.js technologies.
➢Knowledge of Jira and creating bugs in Jira would be of added advantage
➢Having relevant experience of at least 1+ years

Requirements:
➢Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
➢Proven experience working with MongoDB in a production environment, including installation, configuration, and administration.
➢Proficiency or Understanding of Node.js development to debug issues
➢Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Express.js and React.js is a plus.
➢Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
➢Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
➢Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
➢Prior experience in a support or customer-facing role is preferred.
➢Ability to write Mongo queries
