Role: Campaign Management Lead

You will be responsible for: Indegene is looking for a talented Campaign Management resource to work in a highly dynamic, fast changing and fluid work environment and will contribute technical and business knowledge expertise to design, testing, execute Marketo campaigns. Support with maintenance & reporting of marketing campaigns within the platform. Understand marketing goals and team priorities to effectively manage incoming project queue, requested deliverables.

Your impact:
About you:

• Manage administration and expanded use of Zoom platform
• Expert with experience working with all Zoom modules (Zoom Webinars, Session, Events)
• Build, deploy and monitor critical demand generation programs, such as webinars, in-person events, hybrid-events, etc.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to execute best-in-class Zoom setup in support of the user journey.
• Assist in data maintenance and hygiene within the automation tool and ensure accurate segmentation and targeting
• Implement event operations best practices and ensure proper end-to-end testing of programs prior to launch
• Ensure all assets and event programs adhere to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and email laws such as CASL/CAN-SPAM

Must have:

• Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
• 6-8 years of event marketing experience with B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA + MBA/PGDM
• Rich and practical experience with Zoom. Experience on platforms like Adobe Connect, Webex, On24 etc would be preferred
• Understands HTML, CSS, SQL, Integration, API
• End to end event management experience
• Demonstrated capability of managing multiple projects independently
• Manage customer expectations - response time and attitude. Anticipate client side bottlenecks in plan execution and propose solutions to clients or production teams in advance through effective communication
