Role: Audio Video Lead
Job Description: As a Audio Video Lead, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics for a variety of platforms including digital, broadcast, and social media. You will lead and mentor junior designers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and bring creative ideas to life through innovative motion design. Your expertise will drive the visual identity and enhance the overall impact of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts and design motion graphics that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Animation: Create high-quality animations for a range of media including video, web, and social platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative directors, producers, and other team members to ensure that motion graphics meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior motion graphic designers, fostering their growth and development.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize industry-standard software and tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D) to produce high-quality animations and visual effects.
• Quality Control: Review and refine motion graphics to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continually bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their vision and translate their ideas into engaging motion graphics.
Desired Profile:
• A bachelors degree in Film Production, VFX, Animation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Senior Motion Graphics designer or Audio Video Lead encompassing 2D, 3D animation and Editor roles, preferably in an in-house environment, alternatively a creative agency or production company.
• A strengthening and demonstrable portfolio and showreel showcasing the production and editing of a variety of video projects across different genres and formats with a focus upon relevant corporate, pharma content, which must be submitted within the job application.
• Expertise in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and other relevant tools.
• Proficiency in Post Software Adobe After Effects
• A creative mindset, with a passion for storytelling through visual media.
• Experience in creating videos for various platforms, such as social media, websites, and presentations.
• Knowledge of copyright laws, licensing, and usage rights for music, images, and footage.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
