Job Description:
Location – Bangalore
Work Model – Hybrid (Currently)
Role – Lead - Busines Process

Audit Requirements
-
ISO 27001:2022 Lead auditor certification is a mandatory requirement
-
Conduct Internal Audit covering the aspects of ISO, CMMI and internal process audits.
-
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 27001).

Strong understanding of information security principles, risk management, and audit methodologies. Familiarity with security technologies and tools (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems).

Ensuring all the risks are covered during the audit and assessing how well risk management processes are working and recording the results.

Preparing and review the audit report for completeness of the information.

Ensuring the timelines are managed for audit coverage and publishing the audit report with accurate and complete information

Resolving conflicts if any during the audit.

Identify the critical risks and ensure they are mitigated and closed to reduce business risks.

Review the corrective actions and analyze for repeat NC data

Support for any external Audits

Training

Good communication and presentation skills

Process Requirement
-
Contribute to definition, review and implementation of Quality Systems and information security systems (ISO, CMMI and related systems) across the organization.

Process oriented, analytical bent of mind and with good follow up skill is preferred.

Support in identifying gaps and auditing inline to Infosec requirement

Attention to detail, an awareness of the risks involved and an ability to work under pressure and strict adherence to deadlines.

Manages the teams through active engagement and develops key talent. Must be able to get the best out of the people. Should develop a productive working relationship within the team in a focused and timely manner.

Assessing how well the business is complying to the processes and informing management whether any issues need addressing.

Managing a variety of stakeholders and their expectations through regular communications.

Ensure continual improvements in quality and productivity in operations through regular updating of processes & methodologies, driving process compliance, introduction of tools and training.

Ensure all the required information is updated accurately and on time leading to no conflicts and escalations

Participate in various project / delivery governance meetings
