Role: Operations Manager
Job Description:
• Develop thought leadership, service portfolio and solutions in area of Campaign Operations that can be taken to market – existing and new clients
• Create, develop, execute, and evaluate all marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Deep Expertise in Marketing Automation Platforms and setting Up MAP Operations at scale for Global enterprises
• Develop Capabilities in New Channel for driving integrated Campaign Operations – Social, Search, Programmatic channels.
• Build Capabilities for Campaigns Ops
• Drive New Capability Development
• Ensure Client Activation
• Ensure Seamless Ramp up of certified resources on Martech
• Drive Business Growth with right solutioning, RFP responses, client solutioning
• Develop service portfolio that enables Indegene to bring ubiquitous domain expertise in area of services in Campaign Operations .
• Build IPs to address specific challenges in campaign operations space and to gain competitive advantage through differentiation
• Directly own Campaign ops service RFP response solutioning, proposition and pricing
• Help manage internal team competencies and act as SME for project delivery
• Measure the ROI of all marketing campaigns and activities and use the data to drive decisions.
Desired Profile:
Basic Qualification:
• Education: Graduate or Post graduate from Top schools
• Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years Campaign operations experience
• Willingness to work in Global Delivery Model
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Entrepreneurial drive & attitude and self-starter
• Critical thinking and ability to connect the dots
• Strategic thinking, analytical bent of mind and strong financial modelling skills
• In depth knowledge of campaign management, lifecycle marketing, channel metrics, and analytics
• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms like:- SFMC, Eloqua, Adobe etc.
• Track record demonstrating effective leadership skills related to overseeing a technical team
including responsibilities for building team collaboration, conflict resolution, performance management, and career development
• Extremely well versed in software design, implementation and test skills
• Strong software design skills related to object-oriented concepts and design patterns
• Pharma/healthcare industry experience would be an added advantage
