Project Coordinator - Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office in Indianapolis, IN)
You will be responsible for:
- Work with Business Units to understand needs, goals and objectives for tactic development and define outcomes
- Define, manage and track timelines for tactics and key milestones and updating the same on Wrike
- Follow up and hold key stakeholders accountable for Speed, Qualtiy & Timelines for tactics bein developed
- Partner with MedComms Project Managers and business partners on End-End development of Medical Affairs tactics
- Support L-MACH Lead Team to track and report the operational and strategic KPIs
- Keep Project data on Wrike upto date while syncing the same with Capacity Planner and other platforms as applicable
- Project Management and stakeholder Management skills
- Hands-on experience on platforms, tools and MS office suite
- Decent understanding of Medical Affairs function and tactics development lifecycle and processes
Must have:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of proven experience in project coordination, preferably in Medical Affairs with corporate experience in a mid to large sized company strongly preferred
- Proficiency with full MS Office suite and technology tools, including Cornerstone, Zoom, and Teams is essential
- Knowledge and experience in the life sciences industry required
