ROLE PURPOSE:

Proofreading of promotional material content of global pharmaceutical clients by checking the language, grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency of language (tense), sentence structuring and adherence to brand style/client guidelines.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform quality check (QC) and proofread promotional assets in Veeva Vault PromoMats based on the stage of review and the type of asset

• Review assets as part of the Approval Process, which includes
  • QCing the assets for sense, spelling, grammar, punctuation, consistency, formatting, and style
  • Ensuring that the assets adhere to the AMA Manual of style and Alexion brand guidelines
• Conduct check changes review or proofing of final uploads, which includes
  • Ensuring all comments made by different stakeholders on the review copy (MLR-approved version) are implemented in the final compliance copy
  • Performing line-by-line check to ensure no additional text has been inadvertently added or deleted by the agency
• Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to
  • Reviewing the document number (job code) and end matter in the asset and ensuring they are free of discrepancies
  • Performing ISI proofreading to ensure the ISI in the asset matches the latest approved ISI
  • Functional review of digital pieces
  • Proofreading all draft stakeholder communications

EDUCATION: Graduation in life sciences or pharma
