Brand Liaison Lead


Job Description:

• Single point of contact for the assigned client contact(s), available during the time zone of the markets they cover
• Provide solutions on the services provided and supporting the clients on self-service & platform related queries
• Communicate effectively on scope, timelines, processes and driving effective program management.
• Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to align and manage expectations acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that all their demands with a focus on improving the customer experience.
Business As Usual (BAU)
• Manage claim production & approval process
• Responsible for affiliate brix production process
• Facilitate APCM & tactic approval process
• Lead daily stand ups with their working teams and ensure Affiliate brix Lead is informed
• Ensure completeness of brix module library, in line with affiliate brands’ priorities & SAL direction
• Responsible for capture of Affiliate module inventory in Affiliate-level Module Map based on direction from Affiliate brix Lead
• Facilitate tactic creation and production
• Complete Wrike Request form for claims and tactic creation
• Note inconsistent/new reviewer feedback (suggest updates to the Claim Framework)

Must Have:


1. 6-8 years of relevant experience
2. Effective communication and collaboration
3. Time management and stakeholder management
4. Ability to drive correct application of brix process
5. Expertise in routing platforms such as Adobe, VVPM-Veeva Promomats, and Wrike

Communication, Relationship building
