Role: Lead - Business Analyst

Description:

You will be responsible for: Indegene is looking for a Product Analyst to join its platform team. The role will provide an opportunity to work on the entire product lifecycle, from need identification and product feature conceptualization to product delivery for multiple clients and internal stakeholder groups.

Ability to convert business requirement to user stories
Assist in developing wireframes for each product feature
Govern product development and deployment for clients and internal stakeholders
Assist in developing sales and marketing collaterals, user guides and executing client demos

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience: [2-5+] years in business analysis or a related role, preferably in [industry].

Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in tools like MS Excel, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with business process modeling (BPMN), wireframing, or UML.

Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP/CRM systems, data analytics, or cloud platforms.
Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
