Description:
Paid Search (SEM) Specialist
Indegene is strategic solutions partner to several of the Top 20 life-sciences and healthcare organizations worldwide. We help global healthcare organizations address complex challenges by seamlessly integrating analytics, marketing, technology, operations, and medical expertise.
We are looking for a Paid Search (SEM) Specialist who has an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on experience to define, develop and manage successful execution of paid search marketing strategies & campaigns. This role provides end-to-end management throughout the paid search channels and collaborates with internal teams to drive paid search outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide end-to-end management throughout the search program, including execution and optimization, while meeting timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Should have hands on experience on Platforms like Google, Microsoft Ads, Bing, Yahoo, MSN.
• Define and co-develop paid search measurement framework and KPIs.
• Perform keyword research and traffic forecasting using search engines and third-party tools.
• Use SEM best practices for campaign structure leveraging advanced bidding strategies, layers of negative keywords, dayparting, location targeting, potential affinity & in-market audiences, extensions etc.
• Provide performance analysis and reports for search campaigns in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner.
• Develop/co-develop testing plans, including A/B copy & landing page tests, BETA tests, various bid models etc.
• Oversee budget, pacing and provide weekly, monthly/quarterly updates.
• Oversee campaign/copy submissions to Medical/Legal/Regulatory review and ensure best practices are in-line with M/L/R compliance as well as search engine advertising policies.
• Stay up to date with industry developments.
Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge
• 7+ Years Paid Search Experience in an agency or media company
• Experience with paid search platforms such as SA360, Google Ads, Bing, Microsoft ads etc.
• Well-versed with paid media & analytic tools
• Experience and ability to perform analysis and strong analytical skills.
• A strong team player and willing to roll up sleeves.
• Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills
• Regulated industry experience is a plus.
Pl. note: Digital Marketing Agency experience is a plus.
