We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MERN Stack Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of overall development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). This role requires a strong understanding of application design and architecture, and experience working within Scrum/Agile development methodologies. As a lead, you will be responsible for guiding the team, designing robust and scalable solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and best practices.
• Work within Scrum/Agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Experience in building web applications using advanced React.js skills including experience with Redux, React Router, Next.js, Context API
• Strong knowledge of REST API integration and security practices
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with other front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue.js)
