Senior Engagement Manager
Job Description
Account Strategy and Planning:
In collaboration with Client Partner in all aspects of strategic planning, implementation, and support delivery as an integral component of business plan
To build and present business case(s) for new initiatives based on industry trends, and business need
Executive Collaboration: Working closely with clients at strategic level on a regular basis to understand needs and opportunities
Client Relationship & Engagement:
Regularly presenting weekly, monthly engagement review on the progress and status of the ongoing projects to client
Accountable for CSAT and NPS scores
Solicits Client feedback through informal and formal processes, works with Engagement Lead and Client Partner on improving client experience
Serves as main point of client contact for specialty core products / services throughout delivery and part of the sales cycle
Operations:
Provides service delivery leadership, and governance
Review and report operation metrics, assess risk and drive mitigation plans
Responsible for end-to-end global service delivery for all delivery across the content enablement vertical
To function as key driver for business process design and solution identification, negotiating SLAs for the deliveries across the engagement
Must Have:
