Role: Strategic Demand Management / Digital Label Manager / Delivery Manager

You will be responsible for:
• Lead collaborations with the Novartis Integrated Marketing Strategy Team, brand teams, digital teams, MLR teams, and agencies to drive and implement outcome-driven marketing operations models.
• Develop and sustain high-level strategic relationships within Integrated Marketing, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Direct the development and operationalization of the MODE service model, prioritizing high-quality marketing operations services, operational efficiency, and brand consistency.
• Spearhead initiatives to enhance internal processes within the MODE service catalog, aiming for measurable efficiencies and scalable solutions.
• Guide the MODE team in implementing best practices and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Oversee change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new operational approaches and MODE services across stakeholders.
• Manage high-level project governance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business plans.
• Provide oversight for key initiatives, including Rollout Vs Milestones, KPI optimization, and transition strategies.
• Lead workshops and create materials for project-related activities, enhancing team collaboration and project success.
• Support strategic platform purchases, licensing agreements, and third-party collaborations.
