About the role:
As a Business Management Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and insights for Indegene’s Sales organization. You will manage CRM systems, analyze and report on data, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and develop insights. This role involves close alignment with Business Engagement Managers to support their portfolios and drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Analysis:
- Act as a single point of contact for all sales data information for the firm
- Validate CRM data (including deal information and contracts) and collaborate with Business Engagement Managers to maintain accuracy
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making
- Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment of data analytics with business goals
- CRM Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for CRM (Salesforce) management, including user onboarding and training on best practices
- Collaborate with the Enterprise IT team to manage feature rollouts and ensure system optimization
- Reporting & Visualization:
- Design and deliver visually appealing, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs
- Optimize data refresh schedules and enhance Power BI report performance
- Advanced analytics:
- Build custom data models and algorithms to analyze datasets and uncover insights that drive business performance
Requirements:
- Education: MBA from a reputed institution
- Experience:
- Atleast one year of experience in a corporate environment (preferably in a global organization)
- Proven experience in managing large datasets, reporting, and developing performance metrics
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (preferably Power BI)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (R, Python, etc.)
- Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce)
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to taking ownership of deliverables
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with advanced analytics methods, such as machine learning or predictive modeling
Prior experience in sales operations or a similar role within a technology or healthcare organization
