Must Have

Role: Lead Engineer/GenAI Consultant

Description: In this role, you will leverage generative AI tools to create engaging and interactive content. You will collaborate with Business teams to develop unique narratives and optimize production processes (Image and Video Assets)
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement immersive experiences using generative AI technologies, including tools like Sora, Veo, Kling AI, Pika Labs, Leonardo.AI, Runway, and Midjourney.
• Collaborate with business teams to align on project specifications and creative direction.
• Deliver on video and creative workflows that integrate traditional editing skills with emerging tools.
• Stay updated on trends in generative AI and its applications in immersive content creation.
• Optimize workflows and improve efficiency in the production process of Gen AI-driven video(Generation and Post- production ) and immersive experience capabilities.
• Ensure all designs adhere to RGD standards, maintaining high quality and ethical practices in graphic design. Requirements:
• Proven experience in immersive content creation with a strong portfolio in image and video generation and post-production.
• Proficiency in digital editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with generative AI tools.
• Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and user engagement. • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• RGD certification or equivalent experience is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards in graphic design.
