Lead Visual Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Visual Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role is ideal for an experienced and creative leader who thrives in managing design projects, guiding a team of designers, and ensuring top-notch quality and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital and print media. As the Graphics Lead, you will be the driving force behind visual solutions for our clients, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of creativity, execution, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Project Management:
Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction and mentorship. Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers and clients to define design requirements, timelines, and expectations.
Review and provide constructive feedback on designs to ensure alignment with brand standards and project objectives.

Brand & Quality Control:
Ensure that all designs consistently adhere to client brand guidelines, across digital and print mediums.
Maintain and enforce quality control standards to ensure designs meet high creative and technical standards. Develop and implement design processes that promote efficiency, consistency, and quality across all projects.

Client Interaction & Solutions:
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver design solutions that exceed expectations.
Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to meet client goals. Provide creative problem-solving expertise, offering solutions and alternatives where challenges arise during project execution.

Must Have:
7+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior design role.
Proven experience in managing both digital and print design projects for clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is required.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Familiarity with design for responsive websites, social media graphics, and print media (brochures, flyers, banners, etc.).

Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for high-quality design.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly and confidently.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
