If this excites you, then apply below Description Job role: Head of Salesforce Key Responsibilities: Sales Cloud Leadership: Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud to streamline sales processes, automate workflows, and drive performance. Oversee the integration of Sales Cloud with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting. Guide sales teams and stakeholders on best practices for using Sales Cloud to maximize lead generation, opportunity management, and pipeline forecasting. Marketing Cloud Personalization: Implement and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization to create tailored customer journeys, deliver personalized content, and optimize digital marketing efforts. Collaborate with marketing teams to align marketing strategies with customer behavior insights and deliver targeted campaigns. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights. Experience Cloud Management: Lead the deployment of Salesforce Experience Cloud to build robust, engaging, and scalable digital experiences (e.g., portals, communities, and mobile applications). Optimize user interfaces and design personalized experiences to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction. Ensure the platform aligns with business goals, integrates effectively with other Salesforce products, and supports user engagement. Marketing Cloud Intelligence: Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence to drive smarter marketing decisions by analyzing customer data, behavior, and campaign performance. Leverage advanced analytics to provide actionable insights for marketing optimization, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling. Use AI-powered tools to automate marketing activities, improve targeting, and enhance the customer lifecycle. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and align with organizational goals. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions. Provide leadership, training, and support to internal teams on Salesforce tools and best practices. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, tools, and technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive. Lead the adoption of new Salesforce features and capabilities to drive continuous improvement and business growth. Promote a culture of innovation within the organization and guide teams in experimenting with new solutions. Desired Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field; Salesforce certifications preferred. 7-10 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Proven track record in leading Salesforce implementation projects and cross-functional teams. Expertise in marketing automation, customer segmentation, and AI-driven solutions. Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations. Strong leadership and team management skills with a results-driven approach. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to align Salesforce solutions with business strategies and drive measurable results. Data-driven mindset and expertise in analytics for optimizing marketing and sales strategies. Proactive, innovative, and committed to continuous learning in Salesforce technologies.
