Manager, Reporting Omnichannel Analytics
You will be responsible for:
Delivery:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Omnichannel reporting and insights, with a strong emphasis on Pharma digital channels, including Paid Media and Owned Data.
- Develop and refine measurement frameworks by translating brand-level omnichannel objectives into measurable KPIs, ensuring alignment across brands and business units.
- Oversee dashboard development and enhancement using Power BI with Copilot, ensuring automation of operations and insights generation for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deliver performance reports that highlight trends and actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with analytics teams and client stakeholders to design the solutions addressing key business questions.
- Support client teams in working with media agencies and AORs to define measurement plans, resolve data discrepancies, and implement tactical recommendations.
- Ensure all analytics activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and documentation standards.
Client Relationship:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, deeply understanding their business objectives and ensuring all analytics outputs align with these goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor for Omnichannel Analytics.
- Proactively share industry POVs, trends, and best practices, challenging conventional approaches when appropriate.
Team Leadership and Project Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of junior analysts and consultants, fostering professional development and high performance.
- Manage the execution of analytical projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to address complex client challenges effectively.
Must Have
Your impact:
Desired Profile:
- 8+ years of total experience with 3+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences domain with deep understanding of Digital and Omnichannel Analytics.
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in leading the project with a client facing role.
- Deep understanding of Paid Media strategies, measurement framework, and data (media agency experience is a plus).
- Experience in website performance analysis and UI/UX optimization.
Must Have:
- Proven expertise in Power BI with Copilot for dashboard development and automation.
- Strong experience with Pharma Omnichannel data, including Paid Media and Owned Data (Veeva, SFMC and Website data).
- Ability to translate digital marketing goals into measurable KPIs and actionable insights.
- Experience in developing and delivering monthly omnichannel reports that drive campaign optimization.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex analytics for diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to frame business issues and deliver impactful solutions.
