Must Have
Web Lead
1. UI Architecture & Design
- Define frontend architecture and component design strategies.
- Ensure implementation of responsive, cross-browser, and accessible designs.
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional interfaces.
2. Technical Leadership
- Lead a team of frontend developers, providing guidance and code reviews.
- Set coding standards and enforce best practices in frontend development.
- Drive adoption of modern frameworks, libraries, and frontend build tools.
3. Project Delivery
- Translate project requirements into technical tasks for the team.
- Collaborate with backend developers and integration teams.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery of UI features.
4. Quality & Performance Standards
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and SEO.
- Ensure code quality with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
- Establish CI/CD practices for frontend delivery.
5. Team Mentorship & Collaboration
- Mentor junior developers and build team capability in modern UI frameworks.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
- Act as the bridge between design, development, and product stakeholders.
