Job Description: Sr. Project Associate – Omnichannel Marketing (Pharma)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Manager with 4–5 years of experience to manage the end-to-end execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical brands in the US. This role focuses on project planning, campaign orchestration, and delivery governance, ensuring all initiatives are executed seamlessly across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management discipline, a solid understanding of pharma marketing operations, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for timely and compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for omnichannel campaigns.
Oversee the execution of campaigns across digital, email, programmatic, search, social, and in-field channels.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Partner with creative, content, analytics, and technology teams to align on deliverables.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for executional support.
Conduct regular project status meetings and track progress against milestones.
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure campaign workflows adhere to pharma regulatory standards (FDA, HIPAA, MLR).
Manage documentation, versioning, and approvals through systems like Veeva/Promomats.
Maintain structured project governance and compliance tracking.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Partner with analytics teams to monitor campaign KPIs and operational metrics.
Deliver status reports and dashboards to leadership and stakeholders.
Identify process improvements and recommend operational efficiencies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and execution partners.
Escalate risks and challenges with actionable solutions.
Ensure project deliverables remain aligned with business and brand objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience:
4–5 years in project management, with direct experience in the US pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing industry.
Proven track record in digital/omnichannel campaign execution and cross-functional coordination.
Familiarity with pharma compliance, regulatory workflows, and approval systems.
Skills:
Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello).
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
