Role: Marketing Project Manager

NOTE : This position is for Mexico.

Description:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Project Manager, preferably with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role will manage the intake and delivery of email campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical capabilities. A key part of the role involves interpreting Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to guide campaign planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements Interpretation & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Review campaign briefs provided by stakeholders to understand campaign goals, audience segments, triggers, and desired outcomes.
• Review Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with platform capabilities.
• Translate BRD insights into actionable campaign plans and technical specifications for SFMC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret Next Best Action (NBA) requirements, ensuring email journeys and campaigns are aligned with decisioning logic.
• Conduct QC on emails and journeys, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and stakeholder alignment before deployment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, content, analytics, legal) to ensure campaigns meet all requirements and standards.
• Serve as the liaison between marketing strategy and technical execution.


Project Management
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications for multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Coordinate QA testing and oversee campaign approvals before launch.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements for campaign workflows.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience with mid-enterprise tier marketing automation platforms (Marketo, SFMC, HubSpot, Eloqua)
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, personalization, and dynamic content.
• Experience interpreting BRDs and translating them into campaign execution plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Preferred Skills
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional marketing environment.
• Familiarity with AMPscript, HTML/CSS for email, and marketing analytics tools
