Role: Director, Patient Services CRM, Data & Engagement Platforms – Delivery & Capability Lead


Description: Lead delivery of Patient Services CRM, Data & Experience platform programs for pharma clients, while building and scaling Indegene’s internal capabilities to support rapid growth. This dual-role drives both external delivery excellence and internal capability development across CRM, Data, Experience and Omnichannel engagement.

Key Responsibilities

A. Delivery Leadership (External – Pharma Clients)

• Lead end-to-end CRM delivery across Salesforce/Veeva for patient workflows (Intake, BV/PA, PAP/Copay, Case Management, Adherence).
• Oversee patient data integrations across HUB/SP, EHR, contact center, patient portals, ODR, and data lakes (AWS/Snowflake/Databricks).
• Deliver omnichannel experience capabilities (SMS/email, mobile, portals, call center workflows).
• Drive governance, client steering committees, risk management, and C‑suite stakeholder engagement.

B. Capability Leadership (Internal – Indegene Growth)

• Build and lead the capability tower across CRM, Data, Experience, Omnichannel, and Process Excellence.
• Develop delivery frameworks, accelerators, reusable assets, estimators, and best practices.
• Define global operating model across US, EU, and India GCC to scale to 10+ parallel programs.
• Support pre‑sales and solutioning for RFPs, client pitches, demos, and commercial proposals.

C. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Champion GenAI Agents, NLP automation, intake automation, and predictive adherence capabilities.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, Veeva, and AI partners to introduce next‑generation transformations.
• Establish continuous improvement cycles across quality, delivery, and speed‑to‑value.


Required Qualifications

• 12–15+ years’ experience with focus in Patient Services, CRM, Data, Omnichannel, or Digital Transformation roles.
• Demonstrated leadership of Salesforce/Veeva CRM/Patient Data implementations.
• Strong understanding of HUB/SP data flows, BV/PA, affordability, case management, intake workflows.
• Experience with data platforms (Snowflake) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication and client leadership skills with C‑suite exposure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Rare Disease or specialty therapies.
• Experience managing global delivery models (US, EU, India GCC).

• On-time, high-quality delivery with strong platform adoption.
• Measured improvements in speed‑to‑therapy, adherence, conversion, and patient experience.
• Strong NPS and account growth.

Capability Success (Internal)

• Fully established capability tower with scalable teams and SMEs.
• Playbooks, accelerators, and frameworks deployed across programs.
• Ability to support concurrent Patient Services CRM/Data programs globally.
