Role – Operations Strategy & Enablement Consultant
Location: US – Hybrid (2-3 days of travel to client office in East Hannover, NJ)
Description: You will be responsible for:
The Operations Strategy & Enablement Consultant plays a critical role in supporting marketing plan execution by designing processes, optimizing workflows, managing change, and enabling teams through strong communication and hands-on solutioning.
This role blends strategic problem solving with practical operational execution, requiring someone who can translate business challenges into actionable solutions, build clear process flows, and develop compelling presentations.
You will work across marketing operations, digital, technology, and agency partners to drive continuous improvement and support the rollout of process and capability enhancements.

Must Have
Marketing Operations Strategy & Solutioning
• Collaborate with functional leads to analyze marketing execution workflows to identify operational, process, and technology-related pain points.
• Develop practical, data-driven solutions that improve speed, quality, compliance, and delivery excellence.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to marketing technology, tools, and platforms in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Create clear, well-structured deliverables including process flows, SOPs, frameworks, toolkits, and stakeholder presentations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations summarizing insights, recommendations, and solution roadmaps.
• Simplify and communicate complex operational or technical concepts in an audience-appropriate manner.
Process Design & Change Management
• Map, re-engineer, and optimize current-state marketing processes to support future-state needs.
• Support change management activities including communication planning, stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption support.
• Influence and align cross-functional partners and agency teams.
Project Management:
• Support project planning, tracking, documentation, and execution across ongoing initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and summaries to support leadership visibility and decision-making.
• Drive follow-ups, action item management, and dependency tracking to ensure timely execution.
• Partner closely with teams to pilot, implement, and refine new solutions and processes.
Desired Profile (Experience, Key Skills)
• 5–7 years in pharma marketing, marketing operations, agency, consulting, or commercial operations roles.
• Experience supporting marketing execution, digital production, or operational process workstreams.
• Background in process design, change management, or technology-enabled workflow improvement is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to structure issues and develop clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to influence at all levels.
• Hands-on ability to build high-quality PowerPoints, process maps, operational toolkits, and structured documentation.
• Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and digital workflow tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in both independent and team environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within marketing operations and pharmaceutical consulting.
