Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable, robust, and innovative solutions across various domains, including AI/ML-based applications
• Lead and manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering their professional growth and technical skills
• Design and implement cloud-based SaaS applications using AWS services
• Stay current with the latest technologies in software engineering and AI/ML
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure best practices in software development, code quality, and system design
• Contribute to the company's technical strategy and vision.

Requirements:

• BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 12-15 years of hands-on software development experience
• Proven track record of architecting multiple scalable solutions across domains, including 1-2 AI/ML-based solutions
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Gen-AI technologies
• Expertise in full-stack development, including:
• Back-end: Node.js, Python
• Front-end: Angular.js, React.js
• Databases: Oracle, MySQL, Redis
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS services
• Proficiency in building cloud-based SaaS applications
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with additional programming languages and frameworks
• Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical publication
