LOCATION: — Bangalore
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities of the account, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high-quality output across all the work steams within the account. This role involves Large team management, delivery Management, performance monitoring, process optimization etc to achieve client delight and to support organizational goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operations & Process Management
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
- Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
- enhance SOPs, and best practices based on identified Ares of improvement
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and quality guidelines.
2. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Assist leadership in developing operational strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports for decision-making.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Manage, mentor, and motivate operational staff.
- Plan and schedule work, assign responsibilities, and monitor staff performance.
- Facilitate collaboration between different work streams.
4. Customer Experience & Quality Control
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and timely delivery.
- Handle operational issues, escalations, and process bottlenecks.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives.
5. Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify operational risks and take proactive measures.
- ensure contractual obligations are met
- Maintain documentation, audits, and reporting standards.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- MBA, Operations Management/ Bachelor’s degree/Any other Graduation with relevant exp in Operations Management.
- 15 + years overall exp and at least 5 years in operations and team management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in process improvement, workflow optimization, and project management.
- Experience in Managing Operations for Large Pharms clients
- Experience in Digital Marketing Operations (preferably in pharmaceutical industry)
- Adequate understanding of Pharma industry
