Role Summary
The Associate Manager Graphic (B1) at Indegene is a people and delivery leader responsible for driving creative excellence, predictable delivery, and superior customer experience. The role requires strong ownership of quality, First Time Right (FTR), innovation, and team growth, while contributing to account scalability and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & Quality Excellence (Execution Leadership)
Own end-to-end creative delivery across Digital, Print, UI, and Motion Graphics
Ensure consistent First Time Right (FTR) outcomes and adherence to defined quality benchmarks
Drive strong review mechanisms, design governance, and continuous quality improvement
Act as the final creative authority for complex deliverables and high-impact engagements

2. Customer Experience & Stakeholder Management
Partner with client stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective creative solutions
Ensure seamless execution, proactive communication, and issue resolution
Build client confidence through predictable delivery, responsiveness, and value-driven creative thinking

3. Creative Solutioning & Innovation
Lead creative solutioning for complex briefs, campaigns, and platforms
Champion Gen AI adoption and emerging tools to improve speed, quality, and scalability
Drive innovation in workflows, templates, automation, and design systems
Stay aligned with industry trends, platform standards, and accessibility best practices

4. People Leadership & Capability Building (B1 Core Expectation)
Lead, mentor, and develop creative teams across skill levels
Own team hiring, onboarding, performance management, appraisals, and career growth
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
Identify skill gaps and enable upskilling aligned to business and future needs

5. Business & Account Growth Contribution
Support account growth, new initiatives, and service expansion
Contribute to proposals, RFPs, capability presentations, and strategic discussions
Identify opportunities to enhance creative offerings and operational efficiency

Required Skills & Expertise
Technical & Creative Skills
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong hands-on experience with UI tools (Figma or equivalent)
Proven delivery experience across Digital, Print, UI, and Motion Graphics
Working knowledge and application of Gen AI tools in creative workflows
Strong eye for detail, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and accessibility compliance

Clear, confident written and verbal communication in English

Education & Experience
Any Bachelor’s degree
10–15 years of relevant experience in the design industry
Prior experience leading teams and managing multi-stakeholder environments
