Senior Manager - Strategic Initiative
• Partner with teams and develop solutions to manage client expectations with all stakeholders to drive growth & repeat business.
• Manage service level agreements, KPIs, and all administrative duties in a collaborative environment with the customer
• Demonstrates capability of managing multiple projects independently
• Build scalable teams across Web Analytics, CDP ecosystem to enable growth in each account. Invest in talent training, onboarding and seamless talent progression.
• Ability to meet critical deadlines with planning and organization skills
• Manage multifunctional teams and build a conducive work atmosphere
• Secure assets, conduct review meetings and obtain and document feedback to ensure timely completion of projects
Financial Governance
• Forge partnerships & establish beneficial relations with key stakeholders to streamline business operations and develop procedures & service standards for business excellence.
• Improve the quality of proposals and increase the ratio of RFP's to RFQ's for large projects, be involved in time / effort estimates
• Manage projects for cost adherence and variance / deviations and revenue projections (+ , - 10% deviations in all projects)
• Manage the governance processes for the program in close coordination with client sponsor
Operational Excellence & Reporting
• Manage customer expectations - response time and attitude. Anticipate client side bottlenecks in plan execution and propose solutions to clients or production teams in advance through effective communication
• Ensure monthly and weekly execution, quality assurance and insights generation when it comes to reporting and visualization
• Provide stakeholders with actionable recommendations and calls for action, based on your gathered insights. Translate gathered insights into engaging, actionable and easy to digest insights presentations
• Drive automation initiative to drive better quality and outcomes.
• Build Talent leadership program to drive organic talent growth in evolving Web Analytics, Tagging and CDP ecosystem.
Desired Profile:
• 8+ years of experience with B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA + MBA/PGDM
• Experience in Project and Operations Management; Account Management, Service Management, Business Analysis & Consulting, Client servicing in Digital Analytics space.
• Mandatory Experience in Digital Enablement space involving Tagging ecosystem ( GA4, TealiumIQ, Adobe Launch, GTM, Adobe and CDP platforms)
• Driven Automation initiatives ( Report automation, operations initiative)
• Prior experience of BI tools and/or Alteryx (Tableau, Power BI) – Good to have.
• Should exhibit strong people management skills
• Must have strong written and oral communication/presentation skills
• Should have passion for networking and updating with the latest technical / scientific developments and relate it to various projects.
