Must Have
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Creative Designer who can independently manage design tasks across web, print, and digital platforms. This role demands a strong creative mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual solutions. You will play a key role in shaping brand experiences, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful design outcomes. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling client communications independently and have strong exposure to high-impact creative projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of web interfaces, microsites, and digital campaigns.
Create high-quality print materials including brochures, flyers, and event collaterals.
Develop digital assets for social media, emailers, presentations, and internal communications.
Apply design systems and brand guidelines consistently across all outputs.
Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
Handle client communication independently, ensuring clarity, alignment, and satisfaction.
Review and guide junior designers’ work, ensuring quality and consistency.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
Contribute to top-tier creative tasks, including branding, campaign ideation, and visual storytelling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or equivalent degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in graphic and digital design.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
Strong portfolio showcasing web, print, and digital design work.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage directly with clients.
Nice to Have
Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
Familiarity with AI platforms and generative design tools.
Exposure to pharmaceutical or healthcare design (if applicable).
