Must Have

Role: Product Experience Lead


Key Responsibility :
Product & Experience Ownership
• Partner with Product Managers to shape product vision into user journeys, flows, and interaction models
• Convert business requirements and complex workflows into clear, usable, and elegant design solutions
• Lead UX for AI-powered and data-heavy platforms where clarity and trust are critical
User-Centered Design
• Conduct and synthesize:
o User interviews
o Contextual inquiry
o Usability testing
o Journey mapping
• Identify friction in workflows and design for efficiency, cognitive load reduction, and decision support
Design Execution
• Create:
o Wireframes
o Interaction flows
o High-fidelity UI designs
o Prototypes (low & high fidelity)
• Design for complex dashboards, enterprise workflows, and configuration-heavy systems
Design Systems & Standards
• Build and maintain scalable design systems
• Define UX principles, accessibility standards, and interaction guidelines
• Ensure design consistency across products and teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work in agile squads with PMs and Engineering
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature discovery
• Align stakeholders across tech, business, and delivery
UX Leadership
• Establish UX review processes and quality gates
• Mentor junior designers (if applicable)
• Advocate for UX maturity within the organization

Good to have

Experience
• 6–10+ years in UI/UX design, with enterprise or B2B product experience
• Proven experience working closely with Product Managers
• Experience designing for:
o Data-heavy systems
o Workflow-driven applications
o AI/analytics platforms (preferred)


Skills
• Strong in:
o Information architecture
o Interaction design
o Visual hierarchy
o Usability principles
• Expertise with tools like:
o Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD
o Prototyping tools
• Strong understanding of:
o Accessibility (WCAG)
o Responsive design
o Design systems


Mindset
• Systems thinker — can see beyond screens into workflows
• Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving product direction
• Strong communicator — can justify design decisions with data and user insight
• Balances user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility

Nice to Have
• Experience in healthcare / life sciences / pharma domains
• Exposure to GenAI or AI-driven interfaces
• Experience designing for configuration-heavy enterprise platforms
