Must Have
Role: Lead Program Management
Description: We are looking for a BU Operations & Governance Lead to manage the operational backbone of the business unit. The role will focus on revenue operations, hiring orchestration, financial and commercial governance, vendor/contractor management, and compliance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strong governance across the BU.
This role requires someone who can coordinate, track, and govern multiple moving parts while working closely with business, finance, HR, legal, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Own BU operations and governance cadence, including monthly reviews, dashboards, and compliance checks
• Support revenue management, including tracking revenue, invoicing, POs, and financial coordination with finance teams
• Orchestrate hiring operations in collaboration with HR (demand tracking, approvals, onboarding coordination)
• Manage contractor and vendor operations, including SOW creation, tracking, renewals, and compliance
• Oversee invoicing, PO management, and commercial documentation
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance, and audit requirements
• Handle ad-hoc operational mandates and cross-functional coordination as required
• Open to working in EST, PST, and IST time zones with proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with global teams.
Experience & Skills
• 7–8 years of experience in operations, business operations, or PMO roles
• Strong exposure to revenue operations, invoicing, POs, and financial governance
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and SOWs
• Strong coordination skills across finance, HR, legal, and business teams
• High attention to detail, governance mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical domain
Good to have
• Experience in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, working knowledge of latest technologies.
• Experience in SVN, Confluence, JIRA, Kanban boards or similar service mgmt would be an added advantage.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential.
• Strong written and oral communication / presentation skills
• Passion for networking and updating with the latest technology developments and relate it to various projects.
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products, able to learn, understand, and apply the same.
• Experience in Life-science organizations would be an added advantage.
• Ability to create RCA documents and manage escalations.
• Any Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree
