The Position
As the Director of Professional Services - APJ, you will be responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and successful delivery of OPSWAT Services in OPSWAT’s Asia-Pacific-Japan (APJ) region. You will work closely with our Customer Experience, Product, and Sales team to ensure that services can be successfully marketed, sold, and delivered to our customers. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and will collaborate with EMEA executives to build and scale a services business that increases customer and company success.

What You Will Be Doing
- Managing and delivering OPSWAT Services, including Implementations, Assessments, Solution Reviews, Managed Services, and SOC Services.
- Maturing Services Methodologies, Processes, Documentation, and Artifacts.
- Identifying, designing, and going to market with new services products.
- Helping Sales (Direct and Channel) sell services.
- Reporting on services pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
- Engaging with Sales, Customers, Analysts & Partners to maintain continual awareness of market demand and trends.
- Focusing on maturing and expanding OPSWAT’s Managed Services offerings and ensuring a framework for adoption of new OPSWAT software products at our managed services sites.
What We Need From You
- Bachelor's degree: Computer Science or Information Technology degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of Cybersecurity and APJ B2B experience managing Services product offerings, GTM strategy, NPI, and ongoing product life cycle
- A minimum of 5 years of experience building, scaling, and managing a Services team
- Experience working with a rapidly changing product and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A personable and collaborative attitude with a track record of working successfully across teams.
- Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous inter-dependencies.
- An interest in developing subject matter expertise with OPSWAT products.
