The Position

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager who oversees the successful execution of HR services to drive an efficient and optimal employee experience. This includes optimizing the HR activities associated with an employment life cycle; leading a high quality and responsive provision of HR services to employees, coordinating the workflow and ensuring that the HR team is actively engaged in continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with local employment legislations and the company policies.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and supervise the HR Operations team to ensure excellent provision and delivery of HR services.
• Oversee new employee onboarding, offboarding and contractual changes and ensure full compliance with local employment legislations and requirements.
• Administer and implement employee benefits programs that enhance employee well-being and retention.
• Administer and reinforce HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate employees and HR databases. Safeguard data integrity and privacy.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise. Recommend and develop employee relations good practices to foster positive employer-employee relations.
• Act in advisory capacity to the management team.
• Provide HR analytics and insights to help optimize relevant people-based decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, new technologies in human resources, talent management, employment law and recommend enhancements.

• Support Head of HR in planning/implementing new HR initiatives and/or global HR projects.
• Other tasks as assigned.

What We Need From You

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven work experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Experienced in designing compensation and benefits packages
• Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Hands-on experience with HRIS
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills (both verbal and writing)
