The position: We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Content and Platform Operations Engineer to lead the management of our digital platforms, integrate diverse systems, and support cybersecurity content development. This role requires a strong background in back-end programming, cross-platform integration, and cybersecurity best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our LMS, CMS, and cybersecurity labs, while also serving as a technical expert in our cybersecurity products.

What You Will Be Doing:

LMS and CMS Management:

Oversee the administration, customization, and maintenance of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
Ensure seamless integration with other platforms such as Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and other third-party services.
Optimize back-end functionalities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Cybersecurity Lab Management:

Maintain and upgrade both cloud-based and physical cybersecurity labs.
Develop and implement security protocols to ensure the integrity of lab environments.
Support the creation of hands-on lab exercises and simulations for training purposes.

Cross-Platform Integration:

Lead the integration of diverse systems, ensuring interoperability between various platforms.
Utilize back-end programming skills to create custom solutions and automate processes.
Implement and manage APIs to facilitate data exchange and system communication.

Cybersecurity Content Development:

Collaborate with technical writers to create and update cybersecurity training materials and knowledge bases.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in cybersecurity products, providing insights and guidance to content creators.
Develop technical documentation and user guides for internal and external use.

Product Expertise:

Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of OPSWAT’s cybersecurity products.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product functionality and integration.

What We Need From You:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in back-end programming languages such as Python, Java, or PHP.
Experience with cross-platform integration and API management.
Solid understanding of IT/OT cybersecurity principles and practices.
Proven experience with LMS and CMS platforms, including customization and maintenance.
Experience managing and securing cloud and physical cybersecurity labs.
Familiarity with scripting for automation and custom integration.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
