The Position

We are looking for an experienced product management professional to lead OPSWAT’s ‘Critical OT and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS)’ solution. The solution focuses on protecting OT environments through asset inventory, network visibility, threat detection and prevention, vulnerability and risk management, and security compliance. This position is a hands-on role with significant business impact, including contributing to and managing product line expansion and revenue growth.

As Senior Product Manager, OT, you will report directly to the CTO of OT. In this role you be managing the designated products end to end; assisting in defining and executing the go to market strategy; and exploring new product directions. You are expected to be an individual with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, who will be working closely with internal supply chain, engineering, marketing, sales, and other product leaders to help execute the company vision from both a technical and business standpoint.

What You Will Be Doing

• Execute hardware and software product strategies, roadmaps, and new initiatives for OT and CPS protection products (“OT”), at the direction of the CTO of OT.
• Participate and present at industry trade shows and standards bodies with the goal of promoting OPSWAT solutions, identifying and documenting industry trends and identifying leads for selling OPSWAT's OT solutions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for OPSWAT OT solutions
• Work with customers to analyze their specific requirements and recommend solutions to fully address their security and business operation’s needs.
• Provide technical support during proof-of-concept product trials as well as providing post sales technical support when required.
• Provide in-depth technical guidance to product line development plans, incorporating customer and third-party system integration requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to sales and sales engineering on key customer engagements.
• In collaboration with OPSWAT’s management team, support efforts to establish alliance partnerships with major equipment manufacturers.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer segments and behaviors through hands-on data analysis and insights.

What We Need From You

• 3-5 years of Software Product Management experience in Industrial Cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of technologies and analytic aptitude in understanding industry trends and dynamics in industrial cybersecurity market.
• Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver effective presentations with high attention to detail.
• Must be a self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced software startup environment.
• Ability to build end-to-end plans and manage execution across cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skills and experience in building and leading multiregional product teams.
• Understanding of security industry and the market is essential; cybersecurity domain experience, including network, endpoint security, information security, malware analysis.
• Strategic, creative, and proactive thinker who's not afraid to take risks.
