The Position
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team during a period of significant growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and the leadership team across the organization to manage the complete recruiting lifecycle. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work effectively as part of a team, and juggle multiple open positions simultaneously.
This is based at our corporate office in Tampa, FL and doesn't offer remote or hybrid work.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee the end-to-end recruiting process for various roles across the United States.
- Craft engaging and accurate job descriptions.
- Source candidates using diverse methods, including passive recruitment, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Screen candidates to assess fit for roles.
- Organize and coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews.
- Manage the interview process and gather feedback.
- Drive the offer process by generating offer letters, extending offers, and successfully closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of quality talent for various positions across all departments.
- Promote OPSWAT’s employer brand by sharing compelling stories about our opportunities and company culture.
- Ensure a high-quality and positive candidate experience at every interaction.
- Design and facilitate interview and recruitment discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
- Continuously streamline processes for candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining processes, tools, systems, and training to enhance our recruiting efforts.
What We Need From You
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
- A blend of agency and in-house recruiting experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of legal, compliance, and HR regulations related to recruiting.
- Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates.
- Familiarity with managing an applicant tracking system.
- Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions while aligning efforts with business needs.
- Experience in a growth-stage start-up and/or hyper-growth environment is preferred.
