The Position
OPSWAT is seeking a dynamic Corporate Communications Manager to join our high-growth organization. This role is pivotal in driving our corporate communications initiatives aimed at raising awareness and enhancing the OPSWAT brand perception on a global scale. Utilizing exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, you will support our public relations, corporate communications, and thought leadership strategies. Collaborating with internal teams, you will influence brand positioning and ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all communication programs.

This position will be based at our Global Corporate office in Tampa, FL and is on-site, hybrid or remote is not offered in this role.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute corporate communications strategies that align with OPSWAT’s global goals, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging that shapes our external narrative and supports various activities, including media and analyst briefings, customer events, and industry speaking engagements.
- Manage the editorial calendar for thought leadership content, tracking media mentions that advance OPSWAT's corporate narrative to key audiences.
- Create a variety of written materials, including press releases, bylines, presentations, blogs, website content, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and company newsletters.
- Research and manage timelines for industry award applications and external announcements to maximize recognition opportunities.
- Partner with the marketing team to track communications deliverables and analyze data to ensure programs meet measurable objectives.
- Navigate a complex, fast-paced global business environment with agility.
What We Need From You
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, and marketing, with a preference for experience in the cybersecurity sector.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to distill complex technological concepts into clear, engaging communication strategies and narratives.
- Proven capability to repurpose content across various formats and for multiple distribution channels.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, complemented by exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing complex projects and timelines, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in time-sensitive situations.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders.
- A collaborative spirit, with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with corporate management, employees, and the broader community.
- A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
